Well If I had $1,000,000 I would first pay tithing on it. Then I would buy a house!
We are being so patient and saving to buy a house of our own. My husband and I have talked about waiting to have a baby until we have a bigger space because there is no way I am having a baby in a one bedroom apt. My baby will have its own room and space. So that is what I would spend my money on a house.
